Manufacture and Quality - Fabricated at our plant, specifications are drawn up for each production stage, and quality inspection is carried out at a number of stations along the production line. Our production equipment is among the world's most modern, and we can guarantee the highest conceivable quality.
Our Own Element Workshops - Our element workshops manufacture and stock elements of standard sizes and those manufactured to customer specifications. We are experts in the materials and in the production of elements from various alloys.
HI-TEMP Products has signed a North American licensing agreement with Kanthal Corporation to manufacture and distribute the patented heating systems and radiant tubes of Kanthal. Our high temperature elements and systems utilize Kanthal's A-1, AF, APM material and NI-CR wire.
Technical Service - We offer a comprehensive technical service,comprising design calculations for elements, selection of suitable element types and grades, and assistance in their installation and follow-up.
Delivery Service - Our own production, our own element workshops provide us with immediate access to the correct material and elements to meet the varying requirements of customers. We are extremely flexible - in some cases we have been able to achieve same-day manufacture and delivery of complete elements.
The Broad Range - Our range of elements and other components for the furnace industry covers the entire application and temperature field. This enables us to offer the customer wide freedom of choice and also opportunities for using alternative design approaches, simultaneously enabling our technical advisory service to be more objective.
